  1. Prescreening – Our recruiters reviewed applicant resumes to look for relevant skills and experience related to the specific role. 
  2. Recruiter Interview Our recruiters conducted in-depth phone interviews with applicants who passed the prescreen to further discuss the role, client benefits and culture. Only the most qualified applicants moved forward. 
  3. Mechanical & Aptitude Assessment – Candidates who were considered a fit for the role were then given an online assessment testing mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Candidates must pass this assessment to move forward in the process. 
  4. Interview Preparation – Before the applicant was interviewed by the hiring manager, our recruiters prepared them to confirm they understood the job requirements. 
  5. Client Interview – Concluding the interview, the hiring manager selects the most qualified candidates and extends an offer.
