As Vice President of Talent Development, Tara is responsible for the selection, learning, and development of all Dev10 Associates. She co-created Dev10, Genesis10’s talent creation arm, in 2018 to expand the pool of software and data engineers in Minnesota. In 2022, Staffing Industry Analysts named Tara to its 2022 40 Under 40 list. She has a BSPA degree in Management, Human Resources, from Indiana University Bloomington.
